Hey everyone. I've been working solo on an Android app called Kanha for the last few months. It's a simple way to read the Bhagavad Gita one verse at a time: the real, literal translation on the front of a card, and a plain-English explanation of what it actually means on the back. No ads, no subscriptions, no paywall, no account. Everything runs offline. I built it because every version of the Gita I tried reading as a kid or young adult felt like homework: dense 19th-century English, or a wall of 700 verses with no on-ramp. Right now it's in Google Play's closed testing phase (12+ real testers, 14 continuous days, the standard requirement before any Play Store app can go public).
