Original Summary
I’ve built an app that is already working and ready to use, but I’m at the point where I need to get my first real users. The problem is that I don’t have a large marketing budget, so I’m trying to figure out how to approach the launch intelligently rather than just throwing money at ads. If you were in this position today, what would you actually do during the first 30 days? Would you focus on one specific market or location? Cold outreach? Communities? Partnerships? Content? Referrals? Something else? I’m especially interested in hearing from people who have gone from 0 users to their first 100–1,000 users. What did you actually do that worked, and what would you avoid if you had to start over? I’m looking for practical experiences rather than generic “post on social media and run ads” advice. submitted by /u/velvetdrifter520 [link] [comments]
