I always wished I could rehearse tough conversations before actually having them—so we built Refill. Here is how it works: Build your coworker: Pick their traits (defensive, evasive, burnt out). Roleplay: Practice the conversation you've been avoiding. Iterate: Try a new approach or make the persona tougher. Why not just ChatGPT? Standard AI gets agreeable within a few turns, which makes practice useless. We built Refill so the persona stays difficult and remembers your history. Honest notes: Not in the EU yet.
