Buying land, setting up lots & utilities, and leasing spots for people to come put their mobile home on and live there seems like an excellent business... the fact that it's not popular makes me thing there's some kind of MAJOR problem that I don't know about I know buying them is something investors do, but I never hear about anyone buying land and starting one from scratch What am I missing?
