Side project I've been building: PR Bunny reviews GitHub PRs with Claude Code (or Codex) running on your own machine and subscription. You read a quick overview, it does a deep review, you decide which comments are worth posting, and it posts one clean review. Stack: Bun (server + compiled single binary), React, SQLite, headless Claude Code. Distribution is a curl installer and a self-updater. Things I learned: making an AI tool quiet is harder than making it thorough. Most of the UI is about letting you dismiss things quickly and teaching the next review what you don't care about.
