I've been learning Arabic for a while, and the gap that kept bothering me was everyday vocabulary. I could read a passage, but I didn't know the word for the kettle in my kitchen or the charger on my desk. So I built Musamma . You take a photo of any object, and it shows you the word in Arabic and English, plus an example sentence using it. It's currently in beta , and I'm planning the public launch soon. Before that, I'd really value your honest thoughts: Would you actually use something like this in your daily routine? If not, what would stop you?
