i get why teams say yes. big contract, real money, people to pay. but every yes takes time. and someone else’s request keeps getting pushed back. i think giving a big customer extra attention makes sense. giving them control over the next 6 months feels risky to other accounts where would you draw the line? especially curious if you’ve had to make that call with actual money on the table.   submitted by   /u/alkanchick [link]   [comments]
