I opened Google Play Console today and saw my first “Paid” order for LinkMemo. My first reaction wasn’t even excitement. It just felt kind of unreal. I built this app pretty much on my own — from the initial idea and design to development and finally getting it onto Google Play. For a long time, I kept wondering if anyone would actually use it, let alone pay for it. And then someone actually did. It’s not a huge amount of money, but seeing that first order hit differently. For the first time, it really sank in that someone out there was willing to pay for something I made. LinkMemo is a link management app for saving things you come across on Xiaohongshu, X, YouTube, Instagram, websites, and more. It automatically pulls in titles, images, and content, and lets you organize everything with tags, folders, and a graph view. I’ve also added AI features that can read and analyze the links you save. I’m still working on the UI, adding features, and fixing all the little things. One paying user might sound like nothing, but as an indie developer, it gave me a surprising amount of motivation to keep going. So… thank you to whoever you are.
