Original Summary
One of my earliest customers ran a real campaign this week using the SaaS tool I've been building, and the number caught me off guard. Their normal conversion rate is around 5%. This campaign hit 20%. The best single day was 47 conversions. Still figuring out how much of that is the product versus this specific campaign having stronger intent behind it from the start. What I do know is the pitch got a lot easier once I had this to show. People who were lukewarm before are asking real questions now. Curious if anyone else has had a jump like this with an early customer and later figured out it wasn't as replicable as it first looked. Trying to stay realistic here as I scale my marketing efforts instead of assuming this case study is the key to everything and redesigning my entire go-to-market plan around it submitted by /u/Jopesi__2525 [link] [comments]
