Getty Images US actor Chad Lowe and his wife, producer Kim Painter, have said they are "deeply heartbroken" following the death of their "beloved" 13-year-old daughter Fiona. "She was a loving young girl who was smart, creative and loved to dance," the family said in a statement to Page Six and People.
