I’m the developer of FastNet Connect, a Mac menu bar app that routes Mac traffic through an iPhone companion app called ProxyDeck. The setup uses USB or nearby peer-to-peer Wi-Fi. ProxyDeck runs the proxy on the iPhone, and FastNet Connect handles the Mac side without manual port-forwarding commands.
