It's called Gola. It started as a launcher: hold Ctrl+Alt (or a mouse thumb button), a wheel opens under your cursor, flick to an app. Then it kept growing. Here's what's on the wheel now: Window switcher. Point at an app and its open windows fan out as live previews. It takes you back to the window you already have open instead of launching a second copy. Music in the middle. Whatever's playing in Spotify, a browser or a native player: album art, play/pause, skip, scrub, and a volume ring you drag. Phone to PC, no cable. Send a photo, file or note to your own Telegram bot and it lands in the Shelf on your PC. Any phone, Wi-Fi or mobile data. Drop a file on the Shelf and it goes back to your phone. Offline dictation. Hold, speak, and it types into whatever app you're in. Speech recognition runs on your own PC, so no audio gets uploaded. Quick tools as popovers. Timer, calculator, colour picker, clipboard history, screenshots, notes, magnifier and keep-awake. PC controls. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, sound, display, lock and power, right on the wheel. Side dock.
