Hey everyone, As a freelance web dev who spends a lot of time building custom PHP solutions and styling interfaces with Tailwind, I got tired of starting from absolute scratch every time a client needed a redesign. Mocking up concepts just to get a visual direction was eating up hours of unbilled time. So, I built a shortcut to automate the starting line. What it is: Instant Website Redesign How it works: You enter an existing, live website URL. The AI analyzes the actual content, public imagery, brand colors, and active links. It generates a fully responsive, modern redesign using your real assets. It outputs a single, clean HTML file. (I also added instructions on the site for how to easily feed that HTML into Claude/ChatGPT to turn it into an installable WordPress theme). My biggest learning so far (and a slightly failed ad campaign): I recently tried running Facebook ads for this. I spent about $135 across two campaigns and got 6 sales (I charge $19.95 to download the un-watermarked HTML file). Initially, I thought the ads were a complete failure because my acquisition cost was too high. But looking closely at the data, those 6 sales came from just 3 unique buyers. It turns out, local business owners aren't the ones buying this—other developers, freelancers, and multi-site operators are buying it multiple times to speed up their own client workflows.
