Original Summary
Like a lot of people here, I'm a tab hoarder. It's not unusual for me to have 100+ tabs open across multiple windows- articles I want to read, tools I want to try, things I'm researching, stuff I'm convinced I'll need "someday." Every few weeks I'd hit a breaking point and try to clean up, which usually meant mass-bookmarking everything. But bookmarking always felt like putting things into a black hole- I knew I'd saved something, but I almost never went back and actually used it. A list of titles and URLs just doesn't jog your memory the way a screenshot does. So I built Bookmark Canvas. Instead of a folder list, your bookmarks show up as a grid of real screenshots you can resize, drag into groups, and color-code. Right-click any page and save it straight into the grid with a thumbnail, instead of digging through Chrome's native bookmark manager later and having no idea what half the links even are. It's live on the Chrome Web Store now- link's in the comments. Would genuinely love feedback from this sub, especially on anything that feels clunky. Happy to answer questions. submitted by /u/Anubiz_Mr [link] [comments]
