for those running Shopify apps or honestly any SaaS I am curious how you handle the reporting side. here is my problem. Revenue sits in the partner dashboard. Affiliate stuff is in a tool. Payouts are else. Merchant and churn data is in a spreadsheet that I keep forgetting to update. So every Monday I lose an hour just pulling numbers together to answer a question: are we actually growing. stuff I have tried so far: a big Google sheet with imported CSVs. It. Breaks the second I forget to export. Connecting things through Zapier, which got messy and expensive fast.. Just checking each tool manually which is fine until you have more than one app and no time. none of it really sticks. The data is always a few days stale, by the time I look. Genuinely asking how do you do it? do you have one place you trust for the picture or is everyone just living in spreadsheets and vibes?.
