Hello, Caffold is an open-source, self-hosted workspace for coding agents. You can continue the same work across desktop, foldable, tablet, and phone.<p>I started building it for myself in late June. So I started wondering if a foldable could be my main interface for development rather than just a secondary device.<p>I also wanted to see how far I could go with the browser platform itself. The frontend is plain JavaScript and CSS. It uses Web Components and native ES modules. There is no TypeScript, React&#x2F;Vue&#x2F;Svelte, or bundler. (That doesn&#x27;t mean I avoid external libraries entirely. I use things like xterm.js and pdf.js where they make sense.)<p>I&#x27;m also curious how many people will want to use foldables this way, especially now that devices like the iPhone Duo are coming too.
