I developed an app/website for my own home management. It's similar to a Jira-style board, but for a household instead of the workplace. Cards have checklists, a dated comment thread, assignees and due dates, and you name the lanes whatever you want. On a maintenance board I made, lanes are rooms in the house, so cards just live there and collect notes, and To Do / In Progress / Done on say a board I created about a cross-country roundtrip I planned , so they actually finish.
