Original Summary
I’ve been building a small SaaS around customer churn, and something has been bothering me. You can collect a ridiculous amount of data: logins, events, feature usage, sessions, API calls, etc. And still not really know why a customer is becoming unhappy. A customer can use your product less because they’re about to leave. Or because they’re busy. Or because they finished what they needed to do. Or because one person left the company. So I’m starting to think the interesting problem isn't “how much is this customer using the product?” It’s “what changed, and does that change actually mean anything?” That's the part I'm working on now with Churnor. Curious how other founders think about this: what customer signal has turned out to be surprisingly misleading for you? https://preview.redd.it/embob65fbash1.png?width=1327&format=png&auto=webp&s=a83b0442f1701c9e6ec3d58b69983236eb32dd6a submitted by /u/Active_Pianist_5213 [link] [comments]
