I'm a solo developer and this is my Shopify app for accessibility. Why: since June 2025 the European Accessibility Act makes accessibility a legal requirement for many online shops selling in the EU (BFSG in Germany). Most store owners I talked to had no idea what that means for their theme, and the popular overlay widgets don't fix the actual code. What it does: scans the storefront against WCAG 2.2 AA, sorts issues by what to fix first (alt text, contrast, form labels, heading structure, skip link) and gives step-by-step instructions for each one. Alt text can be drafted with AI. There's an optional widget for visitor preferences, but it's not sold as a compliance fix. Stack: React Router 7, Prisma, Postgres, Cloud Run.
