I’m building HindiType because many Hindi typing sites make the actual typing area compete with ads, long instructions, and oversized controls. The first public version includes: • timed Hindi typing tests with WPM, accuracy, inline corrections, InScript Unicode, and Remington/Kruti Dev input • guided lessons and an interactive Hindi keymap • English-to-Hindi phonetic typing (for example, “aap kaise hain” → “आप कैसे हैं”) • Unicode ↔ Kruti Dev 010 conversion • a gallery for previewing Devanagari Google Fonts The tools run in the browser and typed text is processed locally.
