Original Summary

Three jobs after baseball, building at night, and a solar company by day. That is where this came from. The app runs my whole company: CRM, mail, calendar, documents, tax books, equipment monitoring, and Harvey, the AI operator who has tools into all of it, by chat or by voice. Native Swift on iPhone and Mac, Firebase behind it, Claude for chat, Grok for voice reasoning, Deepgram for the voice agent. The video is four field tests on a real inverter replacement in a customer's basement: recall the case, situational awareness, take dictation of a serial number, read a spec sheet while I fill in the nameplate. Customer data redacted. Stats, since this sub likes them: one builder, weekly TestFlight builds, over a hundred tools in the agent's registry, about two thousand unit tests, an adversarial security suite that runs before every release, and it has been running on my real customers and real books for months. Biggest lesson: build for one customer you know completely (yourself), and make it work in the worst room (a basement with one bar of signal) before the nicest one.
