Hey everyone, I've been working on a website called BridgeLinkHQ that connects Discord community owners with people looking for paid work as moderators, bot developers, designers, and support staff. The idea came from seeing how difficult it can be for server owners to find reliable help, while people with those skills often have no clear place to find opportunities. I wanted to build something specifically for that gap rather than another general job board. The site is live, and I'm still in the early stages.
