Not going to pretend this was some smooth, planned-out launch. I registered a UK company, taught myself enough to build an iOS app, made the website, and figured out pricing along the way — most of it without knowing if any of it was "the right way" to do it. The app itself is simple by design: it logs where you've put things (passport, boiler manual, whatever) and reminds you when something's due for renewal — insurance, warranties, that kind of thing. I built it because I kept losing track of exactly that stuff myself. It's live on the App Store now. Free tier to try it, small one-time fee if you want more than the basics.
