I keep ending up with the same mess: one project’s repo is in GitHub, deployments are in Vercel, traffic is in PostHog and Search Console, payments are in Polar, and the logo I need is… somewhere. That’s why I’m building Sidebox. Each project gets a home for its links, brand assets, files, and connected services. There’s also a portfolio view across projects, so I can see recent activity and spot something that needs attention without opening five dashboards first. The idea isn’t to replace those tools. Sidebox pulls in a small set of useful, read-only signals, like the latest deployment, search traffic, visitors, and recent orders, then links back to the source when I need to dig deeper. I’m also trying to make it honest about stale or missing data instead of showing a reassuring row of zeroes. It’s still a work in progress, and I’m figuring out which parts would actually be useful to other people building and running multiple products.
