so i was job hunting since months and getting ghosted non stop. and everywhere people repeat the same advice, match your cv 100% to the job, put every keyword. so i did it. and it got worse, not better. turns out recruiters and their tools started to flag the cv that are too perfectly adapted, because it scream "this person just stuffed keywords for the ATS". a resume matching 100% now look fake. i learn it the hard way. so i build lumyhired (lumyhired.com). it's an ai job search assistant. it find you fresh openings that fit your profile, it adapt your cv to each job but in a reasonable way, not 100%, so it still read like a human wrote it. and the part i like the most, it also find people who already work in that company so you can reach out to them, because a warm intro beat any perfect pdf. small thing that surprised me too, my users are broke and in a hurry at the same time, so i went weekly billing, few euros a week cancel whenever, nobody want a yearly plan for a 6 week search. sharing the "100% match backfire" thing cause i wish someone told me earlier. roast it if you want, thats kinda why i post.
