Ran into this building a content-planning tool, asked it to analyze my own website, and it got my entire business category wrong, very confidently. Sounded completely plausible if you didn't already know the answer. Ended up fixing it by making every output cite the actual page text it came from, so a wrong answer becomes visible instead of just fluent.
