Original Summary

Full disclosure: I built this — dwellmark.house. I live in Phoenix and got frustrated with how opaque new-construction pricing is here. Builders publish incentives — rate buydowns, closing cost credits, price cuts — but they're scattered across 29 different websites and change all the time. There's no way to see the history: was this community $20k cheaper last month? So I built something that checks all of it daily: around 2,800 homes across Phoenix Metro, tracking published price cuts, incentives, availability, and move-in-ready status over time. Independent, no paid placements — just the published data in one place. I'd genuinely love a gut check from people who build things: does this read as useful, or just interesting to me? What's confusing? What's missing? Happy to answer anything about how it's built. submitted by /u/Only-Resolution-4859 [link] [comments]
