I’ve been running a drywall business for four years. Taking job photos is easy. Finding the right ones a month later, keeping track of hours, and putting together client updates is the annoying part. I studied computer science before getting into construction, so I built Recno . The free version organizes job photos by project using GPS and tracks work hours. The paid version adds things like finding job-site photos in your existing gallery, payroll exports, and client reports. I’m building it around small crews because that’s the world I know. Something you can use on-site quickly and get back to work. Would love feedback, especially from anyone who’s built software for the industry they work in.
