Hy everyone, I built a lightweight voice router to kill off traditional keypad menus. When someone calls, they just state what they need in plain English ("I'd like to speak with someone" or "need help with an invoice"). It uses Jev to classify intent in ~150ms with a confidence score, then routes the call directly to the right department or extension. If confidence is low, it safely fails over to a live operator.
