I’ve been building a side project around something that started bothering me while looking at how freelancers and agencies handle client proposals. You can spend hours making a polished proposal, send it as a PDF, and then the proposal basically becomes a dead document. After that, everything moves somewhere else: Can you change this? What happens if we choose option B? Where do I approve this? Can I sign it here? Can you send that file again? So I started wondering: why can’t the proposal itself handle more of this? That’s what I’m building with Propeant . Instead of sending a PDF, you create a proposal website and share one link with the client. The client can use that proposal to review the offer, explore pricing and FAQs, ask questions, request changes, approve or decline, and sign electronically. On the other side, I’m also trying to make creating the proposal much faster: give it a brief, let AI create the first version, then edit it yourself. The basic workflow I’m aiming for is: brief → proposal website → one link → client interaction → approval/signature It’s still a work in progress, and I’m mainly posting this because I want to know whether the idea itself makes sense.
