Jade Email something that I originally made over 4 years ago just for myself because I felt like every email I had before just became a firehose of marketing and spam that I was constantly unsubscribed from. Over the last year I decided to try to productize it, and make it something that other people could actually use. And I now have 16 paying customers and over 200 people on the free version! It’s not a lot, but it feels cool 😅. Learned a LOT about how email works in the process on a very intimate level. Even built my own IMAP server, which was pretty fun. A lot of reading RFCs. You can hook up your domain, hand out addresses on the fly and when you first receive email the inbox is automatically created. You can also fully manage it with pretty much any AI agent, and I have a plugin published on the official ChatGPT plugin registry. The AI part is nice because I can tell Claude or whoever to look at an inbox and come up with the rules. The rules themselves are more powerful than most email services give you as well. You can selectively bounce messages, automatically unsubscribe, and it has pretty good extractors to pull out things like verification codes, tracking numbers, and calendar invites. There’s also a full native iOS app and an Android app (that really just wraps the PWA) Looking for more people to try it out & suggest features.
