To all the people who are saying SaaS is dead in 2026 Well, its true that everyone can build and ship things faster and without having the knowledge but showing up everyday fixing bugs taking customer feedback implementing, Finding your icp and then approaching them without being pushy and then final conversion of those people into paying customer. My Growth strategy :- I did basic seo / aeo, allowed crawlers, listed my saas in some directories with high DR, made the user experience smooth and some blog pages. Agentic Intelligence have definitely made things so easy but it was always about competition with others. If people can prompt and make things then your advantage isnt building. Your advantage is how can you make the product so market fit that anybody visiting the website can use it and has a wow factor. Basically removing friction from UI. You do not need to be a developer or have seen and reviewed alot of sites. Just review top 2-3 competitors, analyze what are the factors that will make me find another alternative. At the end i would say people who are saying saas is very oversaturated and its a hype are those who are at very surface level. Every field in this world is over saturated if you look at the beginning because you are at the last of the line so you will feel so many people are ahead of me. When you start digging deeper, being cosistent, you will be ahead of so many people and then you will see the actual saturation.
