I have built an AI agent that requires no setup (a single big download has the model & harness) and works completly offline without cloud, without tracking (not even telemetry) - I won't post it here because that's not the point. What I want? In the dream case I would like to leave from supporters and build a small team to develop this. I think there is a real need in the market for accesible, safe AI that works locally and it's open source (trust and verification). What strategy to adopt for the release? I want to get it in as many hands as possible, get github stars and contributions and eventually backers. Reddit? Hacker News? LinkedIn? What else? In what order? Pay for outreach?
