Beijing rolled out this weirdly specific “one-person company” thing this year and one of the perks is literally Token vouchers + compute vouchers for solo founders/SaaS businesses/One-Person Companies. Some of the OPC communities apparently give qualifying founders 3 months of model/compute usage, and the citywide policy caps the package at RMB 100k (about $15k) per company. Some parks went even further and built an instant model-voucher platform where the subsidy can apparently cover up to 65%. It’s not Claude, before anyone gets too excited 😂 And using Claude in China usually means you will wave goodbye to your account . But free tokens are free tokens. Meanwhile half of r/SaaS is doing forensic accounting on whether one trial user just burned $0.47 worth of API calls. Maybe Kimi, GLM and Qwen are not as good as Opus/Fable/Astra...
