I just wanna share you my first customer experience. I own a SaaS named Piwi AI (basically an uncensored AI chatbot for text and image generation) and 2 days ago i had my first customer. I didn't expect that, i made it just for the fun and there is no paid plan, it's free and unlimited. I just made an API thinking nobody would buy credits for it. I received the payment but the customer didn't received his credits, and i only noticed it 2 days later. Sent him a bonus and an apologie message, hoping he would not be too angry :( I fixed the bug, and since then i started thinking i just forgot if my stripe pipeline really worked (spoiler : it wasn't working).
