Hey all, founder here. I built Luna Shift, a symptom tracker for perimenopause and HRT, aimed at women roughly 38 to 55. The whole premise came from watching how many health apps in this space quietly sell or share user data. This one doesn't. No account needed, no login, nothing leaves your phone except what syncs to your own iCloud. That's it. It's SwiftUI and SwiftData, fully local first.
