I'm new to this subreddit. I have a couple of different side projects, but I figured I would start with this one. Shipped a side project this week: YouTube SEO Maximizer. The problem it solves: every creator has a graveyard of old videos with bad titles, thin descriptions, and no call to action. YouTube still surfaces old videos in search, so that dead catalog is discoverability you're leaving on the table. What it does: scan your channel for SEO weak points, AI-rewrite titles, tags, and descriptions, and inject your CTA across hundreds of old videos in one bulk pass. I built it for myself first. I run a 600+ episode podcast, and my back catalog was exactly this problem. Pricing is token-based and tiny (a penny per scan, five cents per AI rewrite).
