Hi, I’m looking for honest feedback on a B2B product I’ve been building. Many companies encourage employees to use AI, but the prompts that produce good results are scattered across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Word documents, Slack, and individual accounts. Teams repeatedly recreate the same prompts, onboarding depends on tribal knowledge, and leaders have little visibility or governance. My Product is a private, governed prompt library where teams can: Organise prompts by department Version, share, and personalise templates Control access and permissions Track adoption and activity Deploy in the cloud or on-premises The target buyer is a CIO, CDO, IT leader, or AI enablement manager. Before investing more in sales and marketing, I’d value feedback on: Is prompt sprawl a real, budgeted problem? Who would feel enough pain to sponsor a purchase? Why wouldn’t a company simply build this into SharePoint, Notion, or Confluence? Would Entra ID, governance, and deployment options meaningfully differentiate it? What would immediately make you reject the product? If you’ve purchased knowledge-management or governance software, I’d especially like to hear what you compared, what mattered, and what was missing.
