So this is a bit of a weird post but here goes. I've always been the type to rank every album I listen to, like immediately after finishing it I need to sort every track from best to worst. For years I did this in Canva, manually dragging in cover art and typing out track names one by one. It worked but honestly it killed a lot of the fun, by the time I finished setting everything up I didn't even want to rank anymore. So a few months ago I started building a website that just automates that part. You search the album, it pulls the cover and tracklist, and you're ranking within seconds instead of 20 minutes of copy paste. Then, as these things go, I got a little out of control with it. Added audio previews so you can hear a clip before you drag a song into a tier, a Hall of Fame page for your top albums, some ambient sound and sfx if you're into that, little details like that. It turned into a way bigger project than I planned but I like it a lot more now. It's called Rankwave. I'm not trying to sell anything, it's free, I just built it because I wanted it to exist and now I want other people who rank albums obsessively (you know who you are) to actually use it and break it for me. Bugs, confusing UI, missing features, whatever, I want to hear it.
