I wanted to answer one question for restaurant owners: “What are my customers telling me, and what are my competitors doing that I don't know about?” So I built PerkQ. It intelligently routes customer feedback so unhappy customers can be handled privately and positive experiences can be directed toward public reviews, then uses AI to analyze feedback and reviews for recurring problems, preferences, and opportunities. It also analyzes competitors across reviews, ratings, menus, prices, missing items, and Instagram activity. Beyond that, it identifies footfall patterns by day and time to uncover slow periods where targeted deals could help, and analyzes previous social posts and engagement to suggest when to post for better reach. Multiple branches, teams, and roles can all be managed from one admin panel, giving owners a single view of what’s happening across the business.
