Built sifted.page as an experiment to try things out with Jev (very fast, very cheap general classifier). You paste a URL (or a few), tell it what you care about, and it keeps the parts worth your time. Every block in the page gets a relevance score - you decide what gets cut. You know those recipe websites where the recipe is 1% of the page and the other 99% is someone's grandmother's kitchen? Paste the link, get the recipe.
