Maybe you saw my post a few days ago that I built a bot that finds owners with no website or old website and sends them a personalized preview. I used apartmants as an example. So 7,000 emails, 15 clients. 132k views later, my in box exploded. 90% of questions were: can this work for my niche? Do you sell it? Apartments were just my test niche. The whole system is general. What the bot actually does Goes through any public business list. Every niche has them, tourist boards, association sites, city listings, chamber of commerce. That's the goldmine most scrapers miss, you get busines name + owner email + phone, not just contact@ . Checks if they already have a decent site. If they do, skip. If they have no site or a 2010 site, keep. Digs for the real decision maker email, not the generic one. This was the hardest part to get right and it's why normal scrapers fail. For each lead it can build a personalized one-page preview. Creates a personalized email with their name and saves it directly to Gmail drafts. You just go through drafts and hit send, max 400 per day so Google doesn't get twitchys. Outreach for web design is cooked, I know. Conversion is 0.2%. But while it still works I'm milking it - I automated 90% of the boring work. I am not selling the code or a saas login. Its a private bot I run locally on my PC, not published. For around 10 clients I do it like this: every morning I send them a script to their email. Insaid are the emails + the personalized content. They do 2 clicks and everything appears in drafts, ready to send.
