I built Szept for myself, mostly with Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code and DeepSeek Harness on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash: a light Mac app for talking to AI agents (dictation that handles mixed languages, AI cleanup, screenshots you can hand straight to Claude Code). When I decided to share it, the obvious objection was: anyone with an agent can build something like this. True. So instead of hiding that, I leaned into it. You buy it once and get the full Swift source, plus the project notes that let your own agent change it safely: add a local model, swap the LLM, build your own feature. What you pay for is the starting point: the pitfalls that only break on someone else's Mac, already found and written down. What I want back is a community, not a subscription.
