Hello! I see some of you are building AI SaaS products, and I’m trying to understand how they actually work behind the scenes. Is it basically just a predefined prompt that you send to an LLM through an API? Is that essentially what you're selling a prompt wrapped inside a SaaS product? For example, let’s say there’s a SaaS that generates a full report from a meeting. Does it basically record/transcribe the whole meeting and then send the transcript to an AI with a predefined prompt to generate the report? Am I missing something?
