Original Summary
Context first, question at the end. I've been building marketing agents for three years: a Reddit DM agent, a Twitter agent, LinkedIn and email outreach before that. A month ago I put them under one "brain" that writes a strategy, plans weekly sprints and executes across connected tools. Public beta since Aug 24 (marketowl ai). But I still doubt what the main task it should solve. For example, real use cases, industries only, no names: a B2B ops platform came "starting cold", no list, and ran Reddit outreach to business owners planning an exit. a fintech app for options traders, pre-launch: Discord review requests, app store copy, X outreach. a B2B startup that only wanted the ICP: personas, qualification criteria, triggers. Never sent a message homebuilder marketing through content pillars and case studies a water sports rental with zero ad budget: outreach to hotel water sports operators and demo centers several agencies asking for outreach in three or more languages fitness app is posting viral tweets on Threads Also a Meta ads setup, a newsletter through Sender with a 10-person test send first, blog posts published to HubSpot, an SEO sprint, GA4 and Search Console digging, and "how do we show up in ChatGPT answers". Total across 153 companies - 5,324 actions. And I can't understand what's the first major task, it's too different. I need more data from you guys. So the question. If an AI marketer showed up for your business tomorrow, what's the first concrete task you'd hand it? And please add your niche and business model, because a D2C brand and a B2B SaaS want opposite things and "AI marketing" means nothing without that. Second question, if you have the energy: what would make you not trust it with that task? submitted by /u/algerdy87 [link] [comments]
