Looking for input of the experienced saas founders. Background: It is my first saas. We launched 6 months ago and are currently at 23k € MRR, two people (only me and co founder). It is a b2b SaaS. I hope to get some guideance and input. I have a plan in general but why not ask people who have already done what you want to do?
