I decided that I needed to be less chronically online. So I made an android app where a photo of my cat hijacks my phone for 5 minutes, preventing me from using my phone. I found my cat's judgemental stare to be helpful. You can change the time usage and use any photo. The app is free and no account needed. The file can be found here .
