从9月20日自然重置以后开始，我的Astra就开始降智到5.6luna并开始报selected model is at capacity。我codex app是直连官方，美机房IP，时区设置的是新加坡，20X订阅。 直接给客服发了邮件，客服开始是AI回答的，在多次互发邮件要求之下，O司转成了人工客服(也不知道是不是真的)，然后就是让我提供各种信息，会话记录、截图和录屏，要求排查质量问题。 最终给的邮件回复是：即使付费订阅有效，也可能根据账号活动，临时限制某些模型或功能的访问。具体检查细节不公开，访问权限会自动重新评估。 原文是： Access to certain models or features may be temporarily limited based on account activity, even when a paid subscription is active.
