Original Summary
I'm a solo founder. I also work night shifts, so my energy is all over the place from day to day. My problem was never a lack of tasks. It was the time I lost every morning deciding which one to start, reordering the list, and then doing the easy stuff anyway. So I built KYIEX. It's a Notion workspace that works like this: You tell it your state. Energy, focus, mental load, how much time you have. Takes about 10 seconds. Every task gets a score based on its impact and how well it fits your state right now. The top one is your move. You lock it and work only on that. When it's done you press Finish & Close. At the end of the day there's a short handoff for tomorrow. There's also a Reset page for days when you're foggy or stuck, and an Insights page that shows your patterns over time. It runs on a free Notion account. Nothing new to install. Where it's at: it's live, $49 one time. Zero paying customers so far, so honest eyes matter more to me right now than anything else. Two things I'd like to know: Is it clear what it does from the video? Would you trust a score to pick your next task, or does that feel wrong? If you want to try it, comment and I'll send the full system to the first 5 people. All I ask back is a few lines on where you got confused during setup. https://www.kyiex.net submitted by /u/Lonely-Store3333 [link] [comments]
