A photo of the card plus a line of context, sometimes a folder per event. -One person stopped scanning everything. They only keep the cards from real conversations now, and said it’s far more manageable. -Another had built a full pipeline: OCR site → free CRM → notes. Their verdict: “it didn’t take long to be too busy for all that.” -HS users just use HS’s built-in scanner and move on. What I took from it: the intent is there, but the workflow is what breaks. We’re not competing with other apps. We’re competing with a photo in the camera roll.
